Plain language version of how we handle your information and what to expect when you work with us.
When you fill out the quote form, we collect what you type in: your business name and type, target audience, style/color preferences, sections you want, budget range, contact email, phone number (optional), and an uploaded logo or brand file if you provide one (optional).
The payment page (/pay) offers two options. If you pay by Bitcoin, nothing is sent to our servers at all. The QR code and amount are generated entirely in your browser, and we only learn a payment happened when it's visible on the Bitcoin blockchain itself, which is public by design and not something either of us controls. If you pay by card, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own site. We never see or store your card number, and Stripe only shares with us that a payment was made, the amount, and whatever contact details you enter at checkout.
The free instant preview tool works differently from the quote form: you paste a website URL, and our system loads that page, takes a desktop and mobile screenshot of it, and sends the screenshots and extracted page text to Anthropic's Claude to generate a short written critique and a redesigned hero section concept. This happens whether the URL is your own site or one you're just curious about. We don't verify ownership.
The screenshots, the AI generated critique, and the redesigned hero HTML are saved as files on our server so the results page can load them, and are automatically deleted after 7 days. Each result has its own unique link; we don't list results publicly or submit them to search engines (they're excluded via robots.txt), but treat a result link the same way you'd treat any unlisted document: anyone with the exact link could view it while it exists.
Solely to understand your business, build the site you asked about, and communicate with you about the project. We don't use it for anything else.
If you provide a phone number and separately choose one or both optional SMS consent boxes on our quote form, OmniWebs may text you only for the categories you selected: quote and project updates, occasional marketing follow-ups, or both. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may give this information only to service providers that help us deliver and operate our messaging service, and only for that purpose.
Our small internal team, and the ordinary tools we rely on to run the business: Vercel (hosting the sites we build), n8n (routing quote form submissions), Resend (sending our emails), Telnyx (delivering text messages you have agreed to receive), Stripe (processing card payments, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification), Discord (internal coordination), and Anthropic (processes screenshots and page content submitted through the Instant Preview tool to generate its critique and redesign concept). We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we don't run ads or ad tracking on this site: no tracking cookies, no analytics pixels.

OmniWebs builds custom, mobile first websites for small businesses. You tell us about your business and budget; we build a working sample first, you review it, and we finish the final version once you're happy with the direction.

Budget is agreed before work begins: you tell us your range, we scope the work to fit it. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe) and Bitcoin (BTC).
Bitcoin payments are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, we have no technical way to reverse, cancel, or refund it, not because we won't, but because it isn't possible for anyone, including us, to undo. Please double check the amount and address before sending. If anything looks wrong before you send, contact us first at info@omniwebs.net. Card payments don't carry this restriction. Standard refund and dispute processes apply through Stripe.
If you're unhappy with delivered work, tell us, and we'll work with you in good faith to fix it, on both payment methods.
Once a project is paid in full and delivered, the final site and its content are yours. We keep the general right to mention that we built it (a small credit link, unless you ask us to remove it).
We build good, fast, honest websites. We can't promise specific business outcomes (traffic, sales, rankings). Those depend on a lot more than the site itself.
